Tasting notes
The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is a mysterious, rather somber wine. Dark fruit, graphite, crushed rocks, lavender, spice, espresso and mocha build nicely in the glass. The ripeness of the vintage is evident, and yet this has aged very well. It’s a fine choice for drinking now and over the next handful of years.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve delivers fragrant notes of crushed blackberries and black cherries with hints of violets, tilled soil and cigar box with a waft of lavender. Medium to full-bodied, succulent, ripe and wonderfully expressive in the mouth, it is packed with black fruit and earthy layers while framed by firm, fine-grained tannins, finishing long and perfumed.
