Full red. Very ripe but rather reticent aromas of blackberry, kirsch and licorice. Sweet, lush and deep; a bomb of black fruits complicated by licorice and bitter chocolate and given a sappy quality by underlying minerality. Plenty of depth here. Finishes with fine tannins and excellent chocolatey persistence.

(recently filtered) Bright dark red. Very dark aromas of blackberry, black cherry, violet, mint and crushed rock. Juicy, sweet and pure, but with a high-pitched cool quality contributing to the impression of intensity. Still youthfully imploded but already shows excellent vivacity. The rising, perfumed finish features firm but harmonious tannins. Excellent potential.
