Score 91/100 · Drink 2023-2031, Yohan Castaing, Wine Advocate, Aug 2023

According to Gwénaëlle Croix, 2014 was a "classic vintage with a warm but pleasant summer." The 2014 Briords offers up a delicate, flinty bouquet with aromas of spices, white pepper, crushed stones and herbs. Juicy and moderately weighted, the wine is saline and taut on the mid-palate with a delicate, mouthwatering and crystalline finish. Despite its aging, this Muscadet remains remarkably fresh. Drink it now or over the next five to eight years.
