Score 88/100 · Drink 2016-2026, Robert Parker, Dec 2016

The delicious 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon from Honig is a blend of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Petit Verdot, and the rest Merlot and Cabernet Franc. This elegant, mid-weight style of Cabernet has soft tannins, medium body, and good fruit and purity. Drink it over the next decade.

Score 89/100 · Drink 2017-2022, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Dec 2016

Honig's 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent choice for drinking now and over the next few years. Deep, succulent and super-expressive, the 2014 offers up an attractive mélange of dark cherry, plum, espresso, French oak and new leather. This is an especially creamy, voluptuous style for the year. It is also very nicely done.
