Tasting notes
The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Mast Ranch is another excellent wine in this range. Black cherry, plum, chocolate, new leather, licorice and lavender are all given a few extra notches of intensity here. Voluptuous and racy in the glass with wonderfully dense fruit and tons of depth, the Mast Ranch Cabernet is quite impressive.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Mast Ranch opens slowly to offer glimpses of baked black currants, black forest cake and licorice with touches of garrigue, fertile loam and aged meat plus a waft of bay leaves. Medium to full-bodied, the palate has a generous amount of black fruit preserves with a firm, chewy texture and loads of freshness, finishing long and savory.
