Score 92/100 · Drink 2025-2035, Jeb Dunnuck, Jun 2024

From the Green Valley of the Russian River Valley, the 2022 Pinot Noir Riddle Vineyard was also raised in 50% new French oak and pours a deep magenta ruby color, with deeper aromas of mossy forest floor, dried black cherries, tea leaf, and toasted cedar. Ripe and medium-bodied, it’s forward upfront, with sweet tannins before turning to its earthier profile on the finish. It’s going to benefit from another year in bottle to settle in. Drink 2025-2035.
