Silver Ghost's 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is much more enjoyable than the Cabernet Franc, with plentiful black cherries and blackberries. It's medium to full-bodied, perhaps a bit simple and fruity, but with pleasantly silky tannins and a clean and refreshing finish.
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with soaring floral and savory overtones. Inky, deep and flavorful, this dense yet mid-weight Cabernet delivers the goods. I would prefer to drink it on the young side, while the inky, jammy fruit remains vibrant.
