Tasting notes
This is a phenomenal wine for the vintage with superb definition and complexity. Full-bodied, offering dark berries, forest floor and fresh mushrooms. Such class and depth. Complete balance and length. A wine with a great future. So gorgeous now, but better after 2022.

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville is made of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 20 months in 75% new French oak. It has a deep garnet-purple color and reveals notes of red and black currants, wild blueberries and kirsch with touches of bay leaves, chocolate mint, beef drippings and dried lavender plus a waft of cigar box. Medium to full-bodied, firm and chewy in the mouth, it delivers plenty of earthy layers and a long finish with lovely restraint. 229 cases produced.
