2019 El Molino Pinot Noir Rutherford

The 2022 Pinot Noir is a very pretty, aromatic wine. Crushed flowers, mint, spice, pipe tobacco, red berry fruit and orange peel open effortlessly. The 80% stems are very nicely integrated. This mid-weight, expressive Pinot is all charm. This is a fine effort from El Molino. All it needs is another year or so to help soften the tannins. The 2022 was harvested from August 17 to August 30.
