Dark, dense creosote-like aromas, black cherry and chocolate flavours. Tannic and muscular, begging for cellaring. Brooding now. (LM)

The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon (80% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest other Bordeaux varietals) possesses sweet black raspberry and black currant fruit intermixed with notions of damp earth, tar, and spring flowers. Rich and full-bodied with ripe, supple tannins, and a long finish, it should age easily for 15+ years. Tel. (707) 433-8178
