Deep, shimmering red. Powerful red berry liqueur, exotic spice and floral aromas are complemented by a smoky mineral nuance. Sappy, sweet and expansive in the mouth, offering juicy raspberry, cherry cola, floral pastille flavors, building five-spice powder and white pepper flourishes. Sweet and seamless on the penetrating finish, which features silky, well-knit tannins and impressive, floral-dominated persistence. This is all Pommard clone; 12% whole clusters and 50% new oak.

A beautifully ripe and rich, dark to red-cherry style of pinot that delivers a deep, sleek palate with licorice and sarsaparilla on offer. The palate is so bright, so pure and deeply flavored. Energetic finish. Drink or hold.
