Score 90+/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, May 2014

(from Dijon clone 95): Full yellow. Vibrant aromas of pineapple, lemon custard and crushed stone. Leaner and more backward than the Dutton Ranch example, but with excellent cut and saline stony minerality to the flavors of lemon, poached pear, white flowers and menthol. This is the lowest in acidity of all these chardonnays but with its clarity and adamant dryness it comes across as almost austere today.
