Score 88/100 · Drink 1994-2010, Robert Parker, Aug 1994
LAST TASTED 5/94 One of the finest Cabernets from what was a tough vintage for most northern California wine producers, the 1988 Simi offers a dark ruby color, a spicy, black-cherry, and herb-scented nose, excellent depth, medium to full body, and a supple, elegant, graceful personality. Drink it over the next 10-15 years.
