Red cherry, strawberry and bracken on the nose here, as well as brown tea and hints of orange zest. The palate has a plush, smoothly rendered texture with an impressively open-knit feel. Toasted spices to close. Drink now.

Deep scarlet. Intensely perfumed raspberry, boysenberry and cherry aromas take on baking spice, rose oil and smoky mineral accents with aeration. Shows impressive delineation and spicy lift on the palate, offering sappy red and blue fruit, cherry cola and spicecake flavors plus a suave floral pastille nuance. Finishes impressively long and pure, with fine-grained tannins framing lingering raspberry and allspice notes.
