A blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot aged in 65% new French oak, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Leonardini Vineyard is gliding easily through its tenth birthday, adding maturing cigar box elements to more primary notes of black cherries and vanilla. It's full-bodied and fleshy, with a lovely plush texture and a long, velvety finish.

Another big, rich cabernet with a hint of green olive, alongside the very ripe plum and cocoa-powder character. In spite of all the great flavors, this comes off as slightly massive and sweet. More freshness and subtlety would make it more food-friendly. Drink now.
