2012 Hautes Cotes de Nuits

The 2012 Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits Cuvee Maelie Rouge has a pure bouquet with mulberry and dark-plum scents still in place, with plenty of vigor. The palate is harmonious and supple, with a sorbet-like freshness more common in a 2009. This precocious little thing will give a lot of pleasure over the next 5-6 years. Drink now-2018.
