Score 72-76/100 · Robert Parker, Feb 1995

I continue to hear about the improvements being made at this perennially underachieving fifth-growth Medoc. The 1993 displays some vague ripeness, but the wine's high tannin and acidity levels make it unpleasant to taste. Its future is dubious.
