Score 93+/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Sep 2004

Complex nose melds white peach, raw pineapple, powdered stone and white flowers. Dense but airy on entry, then suave and silky in the middle, with subtle grapefruit and pineapple flavors complemented by buttery oak. Wonderfully understated wine: light on its feet but intense and penetrating. Finishes with compelling perfume and length.
