Score 97/100 · Drink 2026-2040, Jeb Dunnuck, Jul 2025

The 2023 Pinot Noir En Famille is from a site at an elevation about 200 feet lower than the Coteaux Nobles, planted in 1990 with a northeastern exposure. In the glass, it opens to a touch riper feel, with seductive, layered aromas of suede, cherries, wild herbs, cedar, violet, and toasted spices. The palate is inviting and elegant, with a rounded and medium to full-bodied feel, but it’s light on its feet and has a lasting long finish. This will improve and flesh out with time. Drink 2026-2040.
