Score 88/100 · Drink 2022-2028, Neal Martin, Sep 2022

The 2021 Petit Chablis has a focused, quite mineral-driven bouquet that gains intensity in the glass. This feels very composed. The palate is taut and fresh with a fine bead of acidity. Maybe not quite the pedigree of the aromatics, yet it conveys a sense of energy that is commendable for the growing season, and there is decent persistence on the finish. Worth seeking out. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis.
