Tasting notes
Good deep red-ruby. Musky dark berries dominate the nose. Dense and sappy but a bit youthfully compact despite its seamless texture. The musky dark fruit flavors are complicated by smoked meat and dried flowers. Very soil-inflected wine, but it appears to be in the process of shutting down in the bottle.

(from Mazoyeres) Ruby-red. Rather tight, brooding nose hints at blackberry and violet. Then sappy, sweet and surprisingly fleshy if not especially complex, with very primary dark berry flavors. Seems a bit unformed today.
