Barrel sample. 60% whole bunch, 25% new oak. Really pretty and lifted with Chambolle perfume. Red-fruited, gently floral. Herbal and stemmy. Lightly chewy and fresh with scent on the palate. Fragrant and pretty but not soft with a fine line of tannin to the end. More savoury aftertaste, spiced. (JH)
