Score 88/100 · Drink 2022-2035, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Oct 2022

One of the wilder, more carnal wines in the range, the Clos du Jaugueyron 2019 Haut-Médoc exhibits aromas of sweet berries, plums, petals, rich spices, soil and smoked meats. Medium-bodied, fleshy and supple, with lively acids and a long, savory finish, it was fermented with fully 50% whole clusters. Greater aromatic purity would see it score even higher.
