Tasting notes
The 2020 Brut Blanc de Blancs Cuvée Boz comes from the pure chalk Coldharbour Vineyard in West Sussex. In true house style, it did not undergo malolactic fermentation and spent four years on lees after vinification in stainless steel. The nose is bright and fresh, offering a touch of green apple and lemon with a subtle saltiness. The palate has wonderful energy, driven by its lemon brightness and deep chalkiness. Beautifully clear-cut with sprightly mousse, this wine will benefit from more bottle age. Pure, brisk, crisp and delicious. Disgorged: February 2024.
