Tasting notes
Light gold. Vibrant, mineral-tinged aromas of fresh citrus and orchard fruits are complemented by a subtle floral nuance. Bright and silky on the palate, offering nervy, sharply focused Meyer lemon and green apple flavors and a deeper honey note that emerges on the back half. The mineral note comes back strong on the finish, which hangs on with very good tenacity.

A solid effort, the 2015 Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc is close to equal parts Clairette, Bourboulenc and Grenache Blanc, and was raised in mix of new barrels and stainless steel. It offers classy notes of citrus blossom, stone fruits, hints of minerality and a touch of brioche in a fresh, clean, delicious style that is ideal for drinking over the coming 3-4 years.
