Score 92/100 · Drink 2016-2026, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Mar 2015

The 2012 Pinot Noir Brittan Vineyard, aged in 30% new French oak, seemed a little herbaceous on the nose, though a second bottle opened demonstrated freshness and fruit intensity. The palate is nicely poised with a crisp line of acidity. There is plenty of blackberry and raspberry fruit, a fine saline touch with impressive structure on the finish. Based on the second bottle this is an excellent Pinot Noir.
