Score 88/100 · Drink 2013-2018, Robert Parker, Oct 2013

The 2010 Proprietary Maximus Red Feasting Wine is a blend of 73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Syrah, 5% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petit Verdot and 2% Malbec. An excellent value from Napa, it exhibits a dense color, lots of fruit, a chewy, opulent mouthfeel, good purity and a heady, spicy finish. The Cabernet Sauvignon clearly dominates, but the other grapes give it a meaty richness and distinctive character. Enjoy it over the next 4-5 years. Tel. (877) 629-6272
