2015 Rombauer Cabernet Sauvignon

A blend of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot and 6% Cabernet Franc, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep garnet-purple color and vibrant nose of crushed black and red cherries, blueberries and cinnamon stick with hints of menthol and cloves. Medium-bodied, it fills the mouth with youthful black fruit and spicy flavors and is lifted by a refreshing acid line and soft texture, finishing on a minty note.
