The 2015 Pinot Noir Sleeping Giant is pale to medium ruby-purple colored with a very spicy nose with notes of preserved cherries and pomegranate plus touches of wild thyme and underbrush. Medium-bodied, chewy and with understated expression, it offers a pleasantly savory finish.

Black cherries, raspberries, forest floor, and exotic spice notes all emerge from the 2015 Pinot Noir Sleeping Giant, which spent 13 months in French oak. It’s a perfumed, medium-bodied, nicely balanced Pinot Noir that has plenty of fruit, fine tannin, and integrated acidity, all of which make it a delicious, quality effort that’s going to drink well for 7-8 years.
