Tasting notes
Medium garnet-purple colored, the 2010 Shiraz is a little reduced to begin, soon offering aromas of black plums, cassis, tar and toast with suggestions of black pepper, licorice, Indian spices and fertile loam. Light to medium-bodied, it fills the mouth with vibrant black berry flavors balanced by a medium level of rounded tannins and very crisp acidity, finishing with a very good persistence of black pepper and spice nuances. Approachable now, it should drink well to 2022+. Imported by Angel Share, tel. (718) 407- 4121, angelssharewine@aol.com
