Score 90/100 · Drink 2014-2022, Lisa Perrotti-Brown MW, Wine Advocate, Feb 2013

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2010 Sandown Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon shows off notes of fresh cassis, blackberries and thyme with nuances of cedar and pencil shavings plus a whiff of capsicum. Medium-bodied with a good amount of muscular, savory fruit it is supported by a firm backbone of chewy tannins, vibrant acid and is finishing long. Drink this one 2014 to 2022+.
