The 2021 Nuits Saint-Georges Les Poisets was showing a bit of reduction on the nose, although there appears to be concentrated fruit because of the millerandage . The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins, quite peppery to the extent you would misconstrue stems in the mix. Vibrant and quite persistent on the structured finish. Very fine.

Another success is the 2021 Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Poisets, a medium to full-bodied, layered and rather muscular wine, evocative of plums, raspberries and sweet spices. It's one of the firmer, more tannic wines in the range and will reward a bit of patience.
