Not yet bottled, the 2019 Cornas has plenty of dark, earthy cassis and blackberry fruits as well as Asian spice and pepper notes. Nicely textured, medium to full-bodied, and concentrated, it should easily be an outstanding wine.

The slightly meaty, intense and dark-fruited 2019 Cornas is full-bodied and concentrated, with distilled beef stock set against notes of cassis and plum. It's tannic but balanced in an old school, needs a few years, kind of way, with a long, dusty finish.
