Score 91-92/100 · Drink 2004-2015, Pierre Rovani, Jun 2004

The 2002 Chambolle-Musigny Les Borniques, from a vineyard located just north of Musigny, offers a nose of deep black cherries intermingled with licorice and violets. Light to medium-bodied and detailed, this is a pure, precise wine with grapy, floral flavors. It is gracefully strewn and possesses loads of fruit. Drink it over the next 10-11 years.
