Score 94/100 · Drink 2017-2030, Lisa Perrotti-Brown MW, Wine Advocate, Oct 2016

All from Adrian Hoffman's Ebenezer vineyard in Barossa, the 2012 Dimchurch Shiraz has a deep garnet-purple color and reveals a youthful lift on the nose of crushed blueberries and black cherries, plus suggestions of dried Provence herbs, Sichuan pepper, anise, cloves and mocha. There is a pleasantly savory/Bovril character in the big, opulent, full-bodied mouth with a firm, tannic backbone and a wonderfully long, layered finish.
