Surprisingly, no reds were submitted by this estate. The 2017 Chardonnay Star Vineyard offers plenty of ripe tropical and melon fruits intermixed with subtle toast and spicy nuances. This medium-bodied, soft, plush Chardonnay is upfront and ready to go, and best drunk over the coming handful of years.

The 2017 Chardonnay Star Vineyard has quite a toasty/cedary nose over a core of baked apple, poached pears and warm apricots with touches of baking bread and spice cake. Medium-bodied, the palate is just a tad hollow with a pleasantly savory finish.
