The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is just as beautiful from bottle as it was from barrel. A dark, sumptuous beauty, the 2010 flows across the palate with dark cherry, plum, cassis, iron, menthol, cedar, sweet spices and French oak. Today the wine is incredibly primary, but it should develop nicely with more time in bottle. Readers who enjoy deep, dense Napa Valley Cabernets will flip out over the 2010. I have adored this wine since I first tasted it several years ago.
