Harvested August 24, the 2022 Pinot Noir Bootlegger's Hill Vineyard was fermented with 28% whole clusters and matured in 50% new oak. It has alluring aromas of red and black cherries and plums, vanilla, lavender and latent, spicy undertones that slowly unfurl as it airs in the glass. The medium-bodied palate features concentrated, expressive, spicy flavors. It’s structured by grainy tannins and vibrant acidity and has a long, pure finish. 507 cases produced.
