Score 88/100 · Drink 2017-2019, Monica Larner, Wine Advocate, Aug 2017

The 2016 Pinot Bianco (in a screwcap bottle) is a crisp and linear wine that offers mild aromatic intensity with layers of white peach, pear and Golden Delicious apple. The wine's layering effect is very satisfactory, albeit simple and straightforward. This wine would taste very nicely with fried codfish or shrimp in sweet and sour sauce.
