Tasting notes
A blend of both mountain and valley floor Cabernet Sauvignon (Mountain Meets Valley, MMV), the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon MMV has a ripe, expressive bouquet of plums, candied violets, sappy herbs, and incense. It's another ripe, nicely textured, concentrated, 2017 that has plenty of mid-palate depth, more flesh and baby fat than most in the lineup, and a great finish. Drink it over the coming 10-15 years or more.

The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon MMV is very deep garnet-purple in color with scents of fruitcake, plum pudding, Indian spices and garrigue with touches of tapenade and balsamic. Full-bodied, the palate has a firm, chewy texture and crisp acid framing the baked berry flavors, finishing rustic.
