2005 Chasseur Pinot Noir Sexton

Deep red. Musky, ripe aromas of red and dark berries are distinctly wild, with subtle anise and dried flowers adding complexity. Chewy raspberry and blackcurrant flavors offer very good depth and richness, with supple tannins contributing shape. A luscious, rich style of pinot, but it doesn't lack for energy or clarity. In fact, I'd hold it for a few more years.
