(for 375 ml.; gewurztraminer with 3% sauvignon blanc; 25 grams per liter r.s.) Very pale color. Delicate aromas of lichee, rose petal, ginger and smoked meat. Supple, graceful and seamless, with an essentially gentle character to the citrus zest, floral and brown spice flavors. Not an especially gripping style but quite suave and aromatic on the lingering finish. Winemaker Ted Lemon suggests pouring this as an aperitif or pairing it with hamachi carpaccio with ginger.

(for 375 ml.; 95% gewurztraminer with 5% sauvignon blanc; 25 g/l r.s. but without botrytis influence) Pale yellow. Pungent aromas of cinnamon and clove oil, ginger, exotic herbs, smoked meat and rose petal: yup, this is gewurztraminer! Then sweet, lush and rather exotic in the mouth, with an estery banana flavor apparent today. Very gingery-spicy but I don�t find this especially intense or characterful. Finishes with a slight phenolic bitterness.
