Tasting notes
Deep magenta in color, the 2021 Pinot Noir Reserve takes a little coaxing to open in the glass and reveals notes of pine resin, cherry liqueur, and mossy forest floor. Ripe and structured, it retains very good freshness and has refreshing, even acidity, ripe tannins, and a delicate, mineral-noted finish. It should hold up over the next 6-8 years.

Suggestions of white pepper and rose petals give way to dusty strawberries as the 2021 Pinot Noir Reserve blossoms in the glass. This is racy and sleek with lifted textures and tart wild berry depths guided by juicy acidity. Violet and lavender tones resonate as the 2021 finishes long and staining with a lingering cranberry crunch.
Aromas of spiced red berries with dark chocolate, licorice and dry earth. The palate is supple and juicy, with soft tannins and a smooth, polished finish. Drink now.
