Tasting notes
The Kinsella 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Tamara Vineyard offers notes of charcoal, white chocolate, blackcurrant and graphite. It is dense purple, rich, and full-bodied, with terrific intensity and similar quality to the Jersey Boys, but more structure, muscle and power. Drink it over the next 15+ years.

The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Tamara Vineyard is a big wine. Mocha, black cherry, plum, espresso, spice and new leather. Intense and super-ripe in style, the 2013 is a flamboyant, opulent Cabernet Sauvignon to drink over the next handful of years. The heavy notes of torrefaction and searing tannins need time to settle down.
Kinsella's 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Tamara Vineyard is captivating. Blood orange, jasmine, French oak, grilled herbs and smoke hit the palate, all supported by huge swaths of building, intense tannin. The interplay of fruit, acidity and tannin is compelling, although the 2013 is likely to require a measure of patience.
