Score 95/100 · Drink 2026-2036, Billy Norris, Vinous, Jan 2026

From head-trained vines planted over 120 years ago comes the 2023 Zinfandel Dina's Vineyard, another proper standout in a Hartford range packed with excellent Zinfandels. Plush, creamy and crystal-clear in its fruit purity, the 2023 delivers weightless concentration and total finesse. A brief stay of ten months in 40% new French oak lent just enough body, but the 2023 absolutely shimmers on palate. Pipe tobacco, blackberry, black pepper and orange peel explode through the mid-palate and finish. What a classical beauty.

Score 94/100 · Drink 2026-2040, Jeb Dunnuck, Jul 2025

A similar magenta/ruby hue, the 2023 Zinfandel Dina's Vineyard is ripe with floral and herbal sapidity, revealing notes of pressed flowers, mocha, crushed sage, and blueberries. The palate is compact and mouthwatering, with zesty, snappy acidity that gives it a brighter feel, and it’s full-bodied, with ripe tannins and a long, savory finish with hints of orange oil. Drink 2026-2040.
