2022 Ty Caton Vineyards Tytanium Caton Vineyard

The 2022 Tytanium Caton Vineyard Red Wine is a blend of all the grapes on the property, namely Cabernet and Petite Sirah, along with Syrah and Petit Verdot. In the glass, it pours a youthful purple color that remains bright and shows off notes of mocha, black plum, blue fruit, fresh leather, and lavender. The palate is ripe and full but has a refined feel, with even, silky tannins and good length on the supple finish. It’s charming upfront and should drink well over the coming 8-10 years. I enjoy these wines served at cellar temp.
