Checking in as a mix of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Merlot, the deep ruby/purple-hued 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Cut Bank Estate Vineyard has lots of pure cassis and darker, almost blue fruits that are supported by ripe tobacco, graphite, and borderline too much smoky oak, which gets more aggressive and dominating with time in the glass. Nicely concentrated, with ripe tannins, hide bottles for 3-4 years and hope the oak recedes.

A classically stunning blend of musky black currants, dusty dried flowers, hints of spiced orange rinds and graphite makes the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Cut Bank Estate Vineyard impossible to ignore. This is undeniably elegant and silky on the palate with citrus-tinged red and black fruits underscored by depths of saline minerality. The 2019 leaves a web of fine tannins through the long and structured finale as pretty violet pastille and lavender tones slowly fade. What a darling, but make sure to give this at least a couple of years in the cellar to soften.
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Walla Walla Valley is more lifted and perfumed aromatically, with plenty of cassis, flowers, sappy herb, and graphite aromas and flavors. With medium to full body, a balanced, elegant mouthfeel, classy background oak, and a great finish, it's going to benefit from 2-3 years in the cellar and shine over the following 10-15 years or so.
