Tank sample. Quite oaky on the nose, giving a clementine and mealy aroma. Slightly cedary too. Perhaps a hit too much oak for the fruit intensity but quite good. (JH)

The 2018 Meursault Les Chevalières has one of the most impressive bouquets from Fichet in terms of mineralité and terroir expression. The palate is vibrant on the entry with a fine bead of acidity, delicate touches of apricot and mango with impressive precision and detail on the finish. Delightful.
