A blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot and 4% Malbec, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is a little broody to begin, offering subtle tar, chargrill and tilled soil scents over a core of plum preserves and baked blackberries plus a hint of black olives. The medium to full-bodied palate delivers a good core of muscular black fruit with a chewy texture and lively backbone, finishing savory.
