Tasting notes
Careful delivery of redcurrant and blueberry fruits, has lift and a gentle balance, well handled and constructed, soft and sappy on the finish, a little short. Unfussy.

A perfumed nose with a touch of white pepper to the red berries and sour cherries. Simple and crisp, this has an acid-driven center palate, chewy tannins and a slightly lean finish. A blend of 80% merlot, 6% cabernet franc and 14% petit verdot.
The 2024 Reysson is an expressive Haut-Médoc from the Dourthe group. Pipe tobacco, incense, dried herbs, leather and chocolate are nicely laced together. This mid-weight, savory Haut-Médoc has plenty to recommend it.
